This session is such a fun one - we start with two rounds of a strength circuit built around full body upper and lower body movements, then move into two rounds of cardio to finish strong. Each circuit is punchy and focused, and the energy in this one is really high. I love this style of workout - you get the best of both in 35 minutes. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Pure Cardio - Live Class
This is one of my favourite styles of session - short enough to fit in wherever your day takes you, but don't let that fool you, it's still really going to give you a great workout! 2 big circuits at 45 seconds of work build real cardiovascular endurance and it's as much a mental workout as a physical one, as we have to just get through that. We finish with a 2 minute stamina finisher to really end on a high. I hope you love this one as much as I do!

This session focuses on technique and key movements across your upper body, lower body, and abs. The pace is intentional and slower - if you're newer to strength training you'll build real confidence with the movements, and if you're more experienced you'll feel the difference that slowing down and focusing makes. We start with a mobility warm up to get the body ready, and there's no cardio in this one - just nice strength work that always leaves me feeling strong and grounded.

I've included an abs circuit in the rest periods too, which felt like such a good use of the time rather than just standing around.
