Your physical safety is paramount, but it is ultimately your responsibility. By participating in these programmes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Physical exercise involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury or physical harm that may result from participating in any Strong for Life workout.

Consultation: I strongly recommend that you consult with a medical professional before beginning any new exercise regime, particularly if you have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, or any chronic injuries.

Physical Limits: You must exercise within your own physical limits. If at any point you feel faint, dizzy, or experience physical pain, you must stop immediately.
