About Rosie - Background & Experience
My work is grounded in a long-standing relationship with movement. With a professional background in strength and conditioning and years as a dancer, I bring an expert foundation in movement quality, body awareness, and long-term physical health. I'm also a busy mum of 2, so I really understand the struggle of finding time to prioritise yourself.
I’ve coached thousands of women over many years, including through Mamawell - my pregnancy and postpartum platform - supporting them through training that fits around real life and evolves as energy, priorities, and demands change. This experience has shaped a clear, evidence-led approach that looks beyond workouts alone, recognising the wider impact of training on sleep, mood, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
Alongside coaching, I’ve contributed expert insight to national publications including Women’s Health and The Times, appeared on podcasts and panels, and spoken on women’s health, fitness, and building sustainable training habits. I’m also a member of the Women’s Health Collective, Women’s Health magazine’s in-house team of fitness experts, and have appeared on the cover of Women’s Health magazine.
Strong for Life builds on this experience, offering training that helps women move well, train consistently, and build strength that carries into everyday life. I'm so happy be here helping you build that passion for movement.
