Training with Strong for Life is built around strength training, intelligent conditioning, and mobility work that helps you feel better in your day to day life. Choose to join me for live classes or dive into our on-demand library, with programmes designed to fit around busy schedules, support energy levels, and allow for recovery alongside work, stress, and sleep. We focus on training consistently and progressing towards your goals, without quick fixes or repeatedly starting again.

About Rosie

I’m Rosie, a strength and conditioning coach with a background in dance, and I’ve worked with movement in some form for most of my life.

 

I created Strong for Life for women who want clear, evidence led training that fits around busy lives and supports long term strength, energy, and confidence. My approach combines strength training with conditioning, mobility, and practices that support recovery and wellbeing, including breathwork and mindful movement.

 

I train in the gym, run, practise yoga, and value movement that supports both physical and mental health, not just exercise for the sake of it.

 

Alongside coaching, I’ve spent years teaching and presenting on camera, which means sessions are clear, engaging, and easy to follow. My aim is to help women train consistently, feel supported, and build strength that carries into everyday life.
